We hope that all our customers are happy with their purchases, but we also know that sometimes things don’t work out. We will accept returns for items purchased on purplekittenstore.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund. Clearance items are not eligible for a refund.

We cannot accept exchanges at this time. You may return your items and place a new order online to purchase a new size or colour.
